Troika Media Group Inc (NASDA:TRKA) CEO Robert Machinist tells Proactive the provider of integrated branding and advertising solutions has lists its shares on the Nasdaq under the ticker TRKA, expecting to raise $24M in a public offering. Machinist says the Los Angeles, California-based group will use the proceeds of the offering towards paying off debt, as well as targeting acquisition opportunities.
