Predictmedix Inc (CSE:PMED) (OTCQB:PMEDF) has announced the deployment of its Safe Entry Station screening systems at four key office towers in downtown Calgary and Edmonton, in partnership with Apsen Properties and Juiceworks Exhibits.
The Edison, Palliser Complex and The Ampersand buildings in Calgary, along with the Bell Tower in Edmonton will now be equipped to provide an infectious disease symptom screening option for tenants, the company said. The contract is for multiple units and spans two years.
The Safe Entry Stations rely on military-grade multispectral cameras paired with proprietary, clinically-based artificial intelligence algorithms to check for multiple symptoms associated with the coronavirus (COVID-19) and immediately deliver an assessment. The technology is 100% non-invasive, expediting the screening process even at high volume locations, the company said.

“We are happy to have Safe Entry Stations in our buildings,” Aspen executive chair Scott Hutcheson said in a statement. “This form of high volume symptom screening has added an innovative tool to our properties, and offers peace of mind to our tenants and guests in these uncertain times.”
Safe Entry was first brought to Hutcheson's attention by longtime friend and Alberta’s first Olympic Gold Medal winner Michelle Cameron Coulter, the company said.

Predictmedix has previously worked with Juiceworks to deploy Safe Entry Stations at a variety of locations, including parties in Tampa Bay, Florida the weekend of Super Bowl 55.

The Safe Entry Station is entirely customizable, the company said, which can be retrofitted for permanent, temporary or mobile applications.
