Trading halts for Antipa, White Rock, Emyria, Perpetual and Greenland Minerals

Each of the trading halts will be in place until Wednesday, April 21, or until an announcement is released to the market.

The ASX has today granted trading halts to Antipa Minerals Ltd (ASX:AZY), White Rock Minerals Ltd (ASX:WRM), Emyria Ltd (ASX: EMD), Perpetual Resources Ltd (ASX:PEC) and Greenland Minerals Ltd (ASX:GGG).

Antipa’s halt is in relation to an upcoming announcement about a proposed capital raising.

It will remain in place until the beginning of regular trade on Wednesday, April 21, or when an announcement is released to the market, whichever occurs earliest.

White Rocks Minerals has been granted a halt with an announcement pending for a proposed equity raising.

This halt will remain in place until the beginning of regular trade on Wednesday, April 21

Emyria’s halt has been granted with an announcement pending in regard to a proposed placement of securities.

The halt will remain in place until the beginning of regular trade on Wednesday, April 21.

Perpetual Resources has news pending in regard to metallurgical results for the Beharra Silica Sand Project and the halt will also remain in place until the beginning of regular trade on Wednesday, April 21 or until an announcement is released.

Greenland Minerals has been granted a halt with an update to the market pending in regard to media reports on the formation of the coalition government in Greenland.

The trading halt will remain in place until the beginning of regular trade on Wednesday, April 21, or until an announcement is released.
