Valor Resources directors participate in special crossing trade, demonstrating confidence in exploration strategy

The special crossing sale of the 8.73% stake has been strongly supported by Valor’s existing shareholders with the company’s broker, directors and existing shareholders participating.

Valor Resources Ltd (ASX:VAL) (OTCMKTS:VOYRF) (FRA:LFY) executive director George Bauk and executive chairman Brian McMaster have demonstrated confidence in the company’s copper-silver and uranium exploration strategy with a special crossing trade of shares.

The company recently received strong validation of its projects and exploration strategy with supporters buying the entire stake of a major shareholder through a special crossing sale.

SSR Mining Limited (SSR), vendor of the relinquished Berenguela Project in Peru, arranged the special crossing sale for its 247,288,034 ordinary fully paid shares representing 8.73% of Valor’s capital.

This sale at $0.006 per share has been strongly supported by Valor’s existing shareholders with the company’s broker, directors and existing shareholders participating.

Late last year Valor completed and settled the transfer of the entities which hold rights to the Berenguela Project back to SSR.

Change of directors interests

On April 14, Bauk acquired 15 million shares in two indirect interests, increasing the number of securities held in one interest to more than 9.833 million shares and in another to 32.5 million shares.

On the same date, McMaster purchased 20 million shares worth $120,000 in an indirect interest, increasing the number of securities held in that interest to more than 155.36 million shares with a further 18,666,667 held in another indirect interest.

The balance of the shares will be subscribed by existing Valor shareholders, which highlights the strong support and sentiment for the company’s current projects

Focus on Peru and Canada

The company is also investigating uranium opportunities in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, Canada.
