Panther Metals PLC's (LON:PALM) Darren Hazelwood caught up with Proactive London about their intention to pursue a listing of its Australian assets on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Hazelwood says there are 'three key ingredients to any exploration company: great management team, fantastic assets and capital to be able to develop those assets'.
He says the independent listing of Panther Australia not only provides the required capital to develop the assets in that business, but it also simultaneously gives a market value to their subsidiary.
