Cloud DX Inc (CVE:CDX), the virtual healthcare company, is debuting its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on April 15 following the closing of its qualifying transaction with Roosevelt Capital Group Inc.
The qualifying transaction included an oversubscribed brokered private placement that raised nearly C$6.1 million.
Shares of the Canadian company will trade under the symbol ‘CDX’ on the exchange.

Ontario- and New York-based Cloud DX’s complete remote patient monitoring platform uses proprietary medical devices, mobile apps, clinical dashboards, artificial intelligence and EMR integration. The company provides products and services to hospitals, healthcare providers and provincial health departments across North America.
“The board, management and in fact the whole team at Cloud DX is pleased that we have achieved this important milestone,” Cloud DX Robert Kaul told investors.
“This is another important step in the six-and-a-half-year mission at Cloud DX to make healthcare better for everyone, by improving the availability, efficacy and ease of use of virtual care and remote patient monitoring.”
The company expects to have around 72 million issued and outstanding shares trading following the transaction’s completion.
