AdEPT Technology Group PLC's (LON:ADT) Phil Race joins Proactive London’s Katie Pilbeam to discuss purchase of Datrix today, described by Race as a ‘game changer’.
Race says he is ‘delighted to be back on the horse’, as he sees acquiring as a ‘superpower’ at Adept. He says Datrix takes the company forward in terms of the ‘networking capabilities’.
The deal has been completed for the cloud networking and communications specialist Datrix for up to £9mln, which Race says is a ‘sensible valuation’. Race says it take the firm ‘ to the forefront of next-generation networking delivery’.
