NEXE Innovations Inc (CVE:NEXE) (OTCMKTS:NEXNF) (FRA:NX5), a leader in plant-based materials manufacturing, has announced that its signature consumer product and in-house coffee line XOMA Superfoods has launched Mindful Mushroom coffee.
The new Mindful Mushroom coffee blend, which is now available at xomasuperfoods.com, features chaga, cordyceps and lion's mane mushrooms, providing a rich, low-calorie source of fibre, protein, and antioxidants.
NEXE noted that the XOMA eCommerce store launched on April 6, offering its first product -- XOMA Coffee Fortified with MCT. And demand has been substantial.

"Mushroom coffee has become increasingly popular in recent years for its health benefits, and we are excited to add this great-tasting coffee to our product line," said Marc Bains, president of XOMA. NEXE cited research reports that say the global edible mushrooms market is expected to reach US$62 billion by 2023, with the global superfoods market anticipated to hit US$209.1 billion by 2026.
The company recently secured $34.5 million in financing, giving the company a total of about $52 million in cash, with which it intends to dedicate substantial resources to becoming a leader in the global superfoods market.
