Triangle Energy (Global) Ltd’s (ASX:TEG) (FRA:WMOA) operating facilities in Western Australia remain in excellent condition after the passing of severe weather event Tropical Cyclone Seroja in the region.
The Cliff Head Alpha (CHA) platform and the Arrowsmith Stabilisation Plant (ASP) and associated facilities were unscathed.
Both the ASP and CHA facilities have been robustly designed for rare storm events in excess of the recent weather condition.
The company also confirms that there was and is no risk to staff safety from the cyclone, which occurred much further south than is generally the case in Western Australia.
Triangle has a 78.75% interest in and is the operator of the producing Cliff Head Oil Field, which includes the Arrowsmith Stabilisation Plant, both of which are in the Perth Basin.
