Kontrol Technologies Corp (CSE:KNR) (OTCQB:KNRLF) CEO Paul Ghezzi tells Proactive the Toronto-based group is encouraged on Morgan Stanley's recent analyst note citing commercial buildings are "set for an upgrade super-cycle" to improve energy efficiency. Ghezzi says as a small cap, its an exciting time to be part of this "super-cycle" as the company has upped its 2021 full year revenue guidance to $33 - $35M driven by all facets of business. This includes a combination of the growth in its core businesses along with the commercialization of its air quality technology BioCloud, that Ghezzi says can detect coronavirus in the air.
