Directa Plus PLC (LON:DCTA) has announced the appointment of Giorgio Bonfanti, who will take up the position of chief financial officer at the end of May.
The producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets said Bonfanti will join the board of directors in due course.
Bonfanti has been employed by the global accountancy network PwC since 2014, working out of their Milan office. His most recent role was as a senior manager in their Deals practice, which is focussed on assistance with stock exchange listings, due diligence, company valuations, business plans, financial restructuring and accounting audits.
“He is a highly competent and driven young man who will bring a wealth of relevant experience to the role as the company pursues its next phase of growth,” said Giulio Cesareo, the chief executive of Directa Plus.
