Mode Global Holdings PLC (LON:MODE) appointed Ariane Murphy as its new chief investor relations officer.
She will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and ongoing development of all investor relations activities, with the aim of diversifying the group's shareholder base and increasing shareholder value.

She will work directly with executive chairman Jonathan Rowland and the board of directors.
Murphy jointed the fintech group as a founding member in 2018 and has been responsible for the group's strategic marketing and communications programmes during a period of growth, when the company launched its Mode bitcoin app and floated in London last year.
Prior to joining Mode, Murphy held marketing and communications roles at both early-stage start-ups and large corporations, securing brand partnership deals with global brands such as Adidas, Estrella Damm, and Maui Jim, and organising large scale events, including the Formula One World Championship.
“She has played a vital role in supporting the successful launch of our cryptocurrency business and laying the foundations for our soon-to-be-launched payments and loyalty solution,” Rowland said in a release.
“Having been key in establishing and growing the Mode brand, I am delighted that she will now take the lead in building our investor relations programme as we work to realise our strategic goals as a public company.”
