Filta Group Holdings PLC's (LON:FLTA) Jason Sayers joins Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam to discuss their performance throughout 2020 and how they emerged to take on 2021 as the world gets set to leave lockdowns behind this summer.
Sayers says they have been surprised by their franchise owners, in how well they have performed, proving the resilience of its model despite the disruption caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
In the US, the firm was back up to almost 70% of revenue as well as adding 1000 customers.
