Xigem Technologies fulfills LOI to enhance its iAgent management software for decontamination services provider FluBusters

Xigem will work with FluBusters to help manage inbound customer inquiries, match them to available personnel, track the availability of teams and equipment and optimize deployments

Xigem Technologies Corporation (CSE:XIGM) (FRA:2C1) announced Thursday that it is executing on a letter of intent (LOI) to enhance its iAgent cloud-based software platform for FluBusters Inc, a commercial-grade pathogen prevention and decontamination service provider.

Xigem said it will work with FluBusters to help manage inbound customer inquiries, match them to available personnel, track the availability of teams and equipment and optimize deployments. Under the terms of the LOI, signed back in October, the company will license iAgent to FluBusters for a recurring monthly licensing fee.

The company's iAgent platform is a US-patented and Canadian patent-pending cloud-based technology, that is designed to allow businesses to oversee employees, assets and operations remotely. The software can be tailored for individual clients, allowing them to manage assets, transactions, fulfilment and service cycles, while also integrating with most CRM (customer relationship management) and ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems.

"The decontamination services FluBusters provides are an excellent illustration of the importance of managing teams and customer service remotely," Xigem CEO Brian Kalish said in a statement. "Most inquiries require a rapid response, employees are continually on the move and customers need regular updates on timing. We anticipate that our technology platform can help FluBusters continue to successfully manage its growth."

The market for industrial cleaning is projected to reach US$65.5 billion worldwide by 2025, the company said, and demand is being driven by a growing focus on maintaining clean and healthy work environments.

"Our services are mission-critical to our customers and the health and safety of their employees and other stakeholders," FluBusters CEO Prakash Kumar said. "We endeavour to respond quickly to our customers, assess the specific cleaning services they require, deploy the right teams and equipment, and provide full visibility into the schedule. With the rapid growth of our business, we expect that a technology like iAgent will help us deliver on these promises."

FluBusters’ clients include governments, hospitals, schools, assisted-living homes and other institutions that need protection from harmful pathogens, the company said, including the coronavirus (COVID-19). The company has more than 3,000 certified sanitation specialists.
