Induction Healthcare Group PLC's (LON:INHC) James Balmain joins Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam to discuss the news that a London-based NHS trust has chosen its Induction Switch platform to support its 8,000 clinicians and staff over a three-year contract.
Balmain is the co-CEO, alongside Dr Hugo Stevenson, who, together, have a 'complimentary skill set' because Balmain has a business development and operations background', whereas Stevenson has a strong medical background.
He then goes into the details of the deal, available as an iOS and Android app, Switch saves medical staff time by allowing them to bypass the hospital's switchboard, helping them locate extensions, return bleeps quickly or send instant and roles-based messages in a secure environment.
