Solar Integrated Roofing Corp (OTCMKTS:SIRC) CEO David Massey tells Proactive the El Cajon, California-based group is on track to bring in $25-30M in revenue with its acquisition of Cornerstone Construction, a provider of roofing and solar solutions in South Carolina and adjacent markets. Massey says this acquisition will more than double the group's current size. On top of this, Massey says the company is in the process of up-listing to the OTCQB Market in New York.
