Thor Mining PLC's (LON:THR, ASX:THR, OTCQB: THORF) Mick Billing talks Proactive's Andrew Scott through plans for three priority targets which have been identified for drilling at its uranium project in Colorado. He's expecting drilling at the project, which is located in the historic uranium-vanadium mining district, to start in May, subject to permits and the weather. The three priority targets are Section 23, Groundhog and Rim Rock.
