Cloud Nine Web3 Technologies Inc (CSE:CNI) (OTCMKTS:CLGUF) announced the appointment of technology investor and entrepreneur Sefton Fincham as the company’s new President effective April 1.
Fincham is the founder of Look to the Sky Films and Thirty Six Financial Group, an investment company established in partnership with Stanley Cup-winning Chicago Blackhawks hockey player Dave Bolland.
“Sefton is a natural leader and his many years of capital raising experience and strategic relationships will be crucial for our aggressive plan to grow the company,” said Cloud Nine Web3 Technologies CEO Allan Larmour.

Fincham also commented, stating: “Tech innovation is disrupting the world, and the team at Cloud Nine is leading the charge with their game-changing Web 3.0 IP. The company noted that Fincham, while leading Thirty Six Financial Group, has raised more than $100 million for numerous small-cap companies in industries such as technology, film, blockchain, and cannabis.
As well, Fincham has worked with Hollywood notables such as Bruce Willis, Vince Vaughn, and Academy Award-winning actor Robert De Niro during his time at Through Look to the Sky Films.
Cloud Nine Web3 Technologies is an education-based technology company focused on incorporating emerging technologies into its Ed-Tech platform. The company said its mission is to fuel innovation and education.
