PVW Resources Ltd (ASX:PVW) executive director George Bauk has demonstrated confidence in the company’s gold exploration strategy focused on Western Australia through the purchase of shares in an on-market transaction.
On March 12 Bauk acquired 88,030 shares in an indirect interest at an average price of $0.15017 per share.
This increased the number of securities held in that interest to 409,110 shares with another 2,096,010 held in a separate indirect interest.
Kalgoorlie Project drilling program
The company has fast-tracked an auger drilling program originally scheduled for next quarter at its Kalgoorlie Project testing near-surface gold anomalism on two tenements following the availability of a Kalgoorlie-based auger drill rig to complete the work.
This will see PVW take advantage of this early availability to complete part of the program, with the remainder continuing in quarter two.
Drilling will start on E27/571 with 100 holes planned at the southern end of the tenement and then move to E27/614.
Results are expected within 3-4 weeks from sample arrival at the Perth-based laboratory.
