The Valens Company (TSE:VLNS) (OTCQX:VLNCF) (FRA:7LV) announced it will be distributing select products from its partner Verse Cannabis to the Medical Cannabis by Shoppers platform.
Valens noted the products have been selected from each Verse Cannabis line, Verse Originals and Verse Concentrates, which are custom manufactured using Valens’ proprietary hydrocarbon method, and will be available in the coming weeks across Canada through the national medical cannabis retail platform.
“Since launching last year, Verse Cannabis' products have stood out in the Canadian recreational market for their quality and price point despite only being available at select provincial retailers,” The Valens Company CEO Tyler Robson said in a statement.

Robson added: “Offering these popular products through a national cannabis retail platform like Medical Cannabis by Shoppers gives patients across the country increased accessibility to our partner's differentiated product offerings."

From the Verse Concentrates line, Medical Cannabis by Shoppers will feature Verse Crumble, which contains about 75-80% THC, with a broad spectrum of cannabinoids and a honeycomb-like consistency.
Medical Cannabis by Shoppers will also offer vape cartridges in a variety of flavours and terpene-rich blends from the popular Verse Originals line.
Valens said it also plans to partner with Verse to launch additional formats on the platform, including soft chews and pre-rolls, in the coming quarters.
The Valens Company is a British Columbia-based producer of cannabis products, medical and recreational, and it is scaling up operations.
The company can process over 425,000 kilograms of biomass per year and its services include numerous types of proprietary extraction, analytical testing, formulation, cultivation, and research, as well as white label product development.
