Allen says the recently formed group's strategy will work on growing its diversified cultivation footprint, by advancing its the square footage and production capacity of its cannabis cultivation facilities.
Allen adds lower taxes will allow the group to become the lowest cost producer in the state, striving to endure the cyclical nature of a commodity business like cannabis.
