American Resources Corp (NASDAQ:AREC) CEO Mark Jensen tells Proactive said it has appointed long-time mining operator and executive Bernie Mason as president of its American Carbon subsidiary.
Jensen says Mason has held several senior-level management positions within the coal industry over the past 40 years, and his aim will be to grow the revenue base from its American Carbon complexes.
