Induction Healthcare PLC (LON:INHC) has unveiled commercial contract wins with Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust and East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust.
Induction Healthcare, which helps healthcare organisations switch to digital solutions, said its Induction Booking service will be used to aid coordination of Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination for NHS staff and follow-up appointments.
The current financial year, ending 31 March 2021 will see the first full year of revenue contribution from Induction’s digital product platform. The company said it has been building strong momentum in sales and annual recurring revenues across all of its subscription-based software products and has a strong pipeline of orders with multi-year contracts.
“When we first deployed Induction Booking this summer, we were able to deliver thousands of COVID-19 antibody tests within the first 10 days of using the platform,” said Diarmaid Cream, the chief digital & technology officer of the Brighton & Sussex Community NHS Trust.
“We will build on that success to support NHS Staff booking their COVID-19 vaccinations. In fact, we have already delivered tens of thousands of staff vaccine appointments over Christmas and into the first weeks of the new year. Induction Booking is proving to be an essential solution to many of the organisational and logistical challenges we are facing on the frontlines,” he added,
James Balmain, the joint chief executive officer of Induction Healthcare, said these new contracts provide further revenue and commercial momentum for the company.
“From bookings to rapid communication between health professionals, Induction products are working well together at time of intense activity and I am very proud of the part the group is playing in the fight against COVID-19,” Balmain said.
