DGTL Holdings Inc (CVE:DGTL) (OTCQB:DGTHF) announced Tuesday that its subsidiary Hashoff LLC has won a new social media marketing campaign contract from a major consumer packaged goods company.

According to DGTL, the global brand is a food conglomerate based in Chicago and operates as a subsidiary of PepsiCo.

With a nearly 150-year history, the company is recognized as having the first-ever US Food and Drug Administration-approved food-specific health claim and registered USPTO trademark in its product category, DGTL told investors.

The client is a major food producer and distributor specializing in breakfast cereals, nutritional bars and other ready-to-eat products.

Hashoff is an enterprise level self-service CaaS (content-as-a-service) built on proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning technology. The group will leverage its social media CMS platform for the campaign, which will activate content creators and publishers on major social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Hashoff's CMS software will help identify, optimize and manage micro-influencers to create and distribute content that highlights the client’s products as a key ingredient in a variety of household recipes.

DGTL told shareholders that its subsidiary was awarded the new campaign based on the success of past activations.

“Hashoff's suite of social media software provides global brands with a platform to produce high-quality content with significant cost efficiencies when compared to the traditional marketing and advertising agency models,” the company said in a statement. “These competitive advantages have positioned social media CMS as disruptive to the supply chain of the traditional creative media and marketing industry.”

New York-based DGTL (Digital Growth Technologies and Licensing) specializes in accelerating fully commercialized enterprise level SaaS companies in the sectors of content, analytics and distribution, through a mix of unique capitalization structures.
