The firm has entered into certain financing transactions with HT Riverwood Multi-Growth Fund (“Riverwood”), a fund managed by Atlantis Investment Management Limited (“Atlantis”), a leading asset manager, which provides the company with up to £2 million in cash, £1.5 million of which has been received.
