Cardiol Therapeutics (TSE: CRDL- OTCQX: CRTPF) CEO David Elsley joined Steve Darling from Proactive with news the company has submitted their application to uplist to the Nasdaq Exchange. Elsley feels this a natural move for the company because he feels the Nasdaq is the premier exchange for biotechnology companies.
Elsley also told Proactive the company has added 10 million dollars to the treasury from the exercise of warrants and stock options.
