Love Hemp Group confirms change of name

Last month, the company submitted its novel food dossier to the UK’s Food Standards Agency to support moves to regulate the currently unregulated CBD market

Love Hemp Group PLC (LON:LIFE, OTCQB:WRHLF) notified investors that its name change from World High Life has become effective.

Andrew Male, chairman and director of Love Hemp, says “The name change aligns the listed company with the operational entity and most importantly, the brand that everyone knows, Love Hemp.”

All investors current share certificates will be valid and do not need to be exchanged for new versions, the company noted.

Last month, the company submitted its novel food dossier to the UK’s Food Standards Agency (FSA) to support the FSA’s move to regulate the currently unregulated CBD market in the UK.

Love Hemp, where its 40-plus product lines range from oils, sprays and vapes to a variety of edible and water-based CBD products, submitted an application using comprehensive pre-clinical results, based on its own proprietary study protocols, investigating the effects of Love Hemp's finished product formulations on the pharmacokinetics of CBD.

Love Hemp has established relationships with over 2,000 stores in the UK, including leading brands such as Sainsbury's, Boots, Ocado and Holland & Barrett.
