Loop Insights (CVE: MTRX- OTCQB: RACMF) CEO Rob Anson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to bring news the company has agreed to a letter of intent to grant a non-exclusive licence to Maitri Health Technologies Corp. for various aspects of Loop's technology in return for 2 million in cash and common shares as well as a revenue-sharing arrangement.
