Instem PLC's (LON:INS) Phil Reason talks to Proactive London about the rationale behind the reason to acquire software group The Edge for up to £8.5mln.
Reason explains, 'we really like the space that they hold in study management in discovery, it really complements where Instem is strong in study management in preclinical and early phase clinical'.
The Edge’s expertise is to make sure data from experiments is efficiently captured, stored and shared between scientists and technicians helping to reduce the time required to market a drug.
