LiteLink Technologies Inc (CSE:LLT) (OTCMKTS:LLNKD) (FRA:C0B0), a company focused on emerging technologies across growth sectors including crypto, blockchain, AI, and cloud technologies, has changed its name to TechX Technologies Inc.
"This rebrand reflects our vision to drive advancements in cryptocurrency, blockchain, AI, and IoT through our industry and operational expertise," said LiteLink Chairman and CEO Peter Green in a statement on Friday.
By continuing to acquire, operate, and strategically invest in companies that are leading innovation in these high growth areas, the company said it will shape future digital technology, grow business, and maximize shareholder value.

Completion of the name change took effect at the open of markets on February 26.
The company noted that its Canadian Securities Exchange’s ticker symbol LLT had changed to TECX, and its OTC symbol has switched to TECXF from LLNKD as part of the name change.
The company also announced that it has launched two separate marketing campaigns for the purposes of targeting new potential investors and engaging current shareholders.
The company will pay C$100,000 for a 3-month online marketing campaign through Amherst Baer Consultancy while a one-month online marketing campaign through Winning Media LLC will cost C$100,000.
