Emmerson PLC's (LON:EML) Graham Clarke talks to proactive London about raising £5.5mln in a placing of shares at an issue price of 5.75p.
Clarke explains, this helps to 'bolster our cash position to help with ongoing negotiations with potential strategic partners'.
The money raised will be used to make further progress on the development of the Khemisset potash project in Morocco.
