Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV:BUS)(OTCQX:BUSXF)(FRA:6LG) CEO William Trainer tells Proactive the Vancouver-based supplier of electric, CNG, gas and clean diesel buses will change its name to Vicinity Motor Corp and up-list to the Nasdaq.
Trainer says the name change reflects its flagship line of Vicinity buses.
He says the up-list comes at a time when the company is looking to expand its reach into the US: the group is building a new factory in Washington state to manufacture its buses, and its expand its dealer network within the US.
