Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd (CVE:CSX) (OTCMKTS:CLGPF) is boosting its executive team with the addition of two new sales and operations positions.
The Vancouver-based company told investors on Wednesday that it had appointed Butch Sinclair as its vice president, sales and customer experience and Jeet Jheetey as vice president, operations and development.
In a statement, COO Colin Rush told shareholders: “The rapid growth cycle that Clean Seed is now entering requires experienced, creative leadership with solid records of achievements.”

Sinclair is a veteran of the North American and Australian agriculture industries. He most recently served as COO at Global Ag Risk Solutions, where he helped to create fully integrated operations infrastructure, which is still in use today.
“I am extremely excited to join the innovative Clean Seed team and am looking forward to our spring infield activities,” Sinclair told investors. “Clean Seed is a disruptor in the agricultural space with the launch of the SMART Seeder MAX in North America. I look forward to contributing to its success both in North America and internationally.”
Jheetey boasts 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, successfully leading lean manufacturing and cultural transformations, long-term strategy optimizations, business and operations planning and design, innovation and change management programs. In particular, he worked with the production team of a premium agricultural equipment manufacturer to transform their production facility into a one-piece-flow, decreasing the lead time from five weeks to five days, increasing overall throughput by 20% while reducing the work-in-progress inventory by 75%, while reducing the company's overall overhead.

COO Colin Rush expressed excitement at having both Sinclair and Jheetey joining the agricultural company.
