Silver Range Resources (CVE: SNG) CEO Mike Power joined Steve Darling from Proactive with news the company has optioned it Michelle Property to a private company called Silver47. That company is seeking to list soon.
Power telling Proactive, Silver Range will take a 19.9% interest in the company, a 1% NSR, and a million dollars if 80M oz Ag is defined. Power also discussed the work being done on properties with Silver Range partners.
