Medica Group PLC (LON:MGP) Stuart Quin talks to Proactive London about its newly created joint venture with ASX-listed Integral Diagnostics (ASX:IDX), called MedX.
The deal involves providing teleradiology reporting services and increased reporting capacity in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland.
Quin says 'we share a lot of the same characteristics that Medica is very proud of in terms of holding the highest quality of standards'.
The tie-up means they can offer their services around the clock and become 'stronger together'.
