RedHill Biopharma's (NASDAQ:RDHL) (FRA:2RH) Gilead Raday, Chief Operations officer talks to Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam about announcing the dosing of the first patient in RedHill’s U.S. Phase 2/3 COVID-19 study with RHB-107.
The study is evaluating the safety and efficacy of RHB-107 in patients with symptomatic COVID-19 who do not require hospitalization - patients are treated in their homes with the once-daily, orally-administered RHB-107. Raday says 'we want to avoid getting them into hospital and get them better faster'.
