MBH Corporation PLC's (FRA:M8H OTCMKTS:MBHCF) Callum Laing talks to Proactive London about how the impact of Covid-19 has reshaped their portfolio.
With reference to the global pandemic, Laing says 2020 was a pivotal year where a lot of companies had to adapt and in effect a lot of them will become a lot more effective and we did twelve acquisitions in total.
MBH now has 24 companies in its portfolio, including their latest deal announced this week, the acquisition of US sausage and bacon manufacturer GBS Partners, which trades as Boulder Sausage.
