Ximen Mining Corp. (CVE:XIM) on Friday released analytical results from prospecting samples collected at its properties near the Kenville gold mine at Nelson in British Columbia (BC). The company said the rock samples tested were collected last season on claims surrounding the company's mine. Approximately one week was spent examining the main showings in the Nelson area, and a total of 18 rock chip grab samples were collected. Results were obtained for nine samples to date, four of which returned significant gold results, with two also significant in copper and silver. The highest value was obtained from the Venus showing at 9.04 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 72.8 g/t silver, and 1.27% copper.

Bam Bam Resources Corp. (CSE:BBR) (OTCPINK:NPEZF) (FRA:4NPB) announced on Friday that Larry Segerstrom has agreed to join the company's advisory board, noting that following a week-long detailed field, core, and detailed data review, Segerstrom was very encouraged by the strong porphyry signature shown at the group's the Majuba Hill Project. The company pointed out that Segerstrom is a senior mining professional with 37 years of technical, operational, and business experience, including exploration, mine geology and operations with his past positions including COO of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. and Manager of Geology of the Grasberg Mining District for Freeport-McMoRan.

Trutrace Technologies Inc. (CVE:TTT) (OTCMKTS:TTTSF) said on Friday that it had closed an over-subscribed non-brokered private placement of 30 million units of the company at a price of 5 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $1.5 million. Each unit consists of a common share of Trutrace and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of 24 months from closing at a price of five cents. The company said proceeds from the placement will be used to advance Trutrace's long-term international strategy of providing blockchain secured and standardized process for managing testing and quality data of medical products, as well as general working capital.

Vanadiumcorp Resource Inc (CVE:VRB) said on Friday that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced December 31, 2020, and January 5, 2021, which will see the issue of 10 million shares with a purchase price of 10 cents per share, together with 10 million share purchase warrants with an exercise price of 15 cents for a two-year period with 37 placees.

Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd (CVE:CSX) said Friday that the TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants. Firstly, 3.36 million warrants with an original expiry date of January 31, 2021, to a new expiry date of July 31, 2021. These warrants were previously extended from an expiry date of September 5, 2020, and were issued under a private placement of 6.72 million shares accepted for filing effective September 5, 2019. Secondly, 2,555,000 warrants with original expiry dates of March 2, 2021 (1,765,000 warrants) and April 1, 2021 (790,000 warrants) to new expiry dates of July 31, 2021 (1,765,000 warrants); and July 31, 2021 (790,000 warrants). These warrants were issued under a private placement of 5.11 million shares with 2,555,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing effective April 1, 2020. The exercise price of all the warrants are unchanged.
