archTIS Ltd (ASX:AR9) has appointed Erlyn Dale and Winton Willesee as joint company secretaries, effective immediately.
Dale and Willesee have more than 30 years of combined experience in governance roles with several ASX listed companies across a broad range of industries and have been engaged to further strengthen the company’s governance and compliance program.
Education and qualifications
Willesee holds formal qualifications in economics, finance, accounting, education and governance.
He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member of CPA Australia, and a Chartered Secretary.
Dale holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and is an Associate Member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Governance Institute of Australia.

These appointments follow three key executive appointments earlier this month with a new global chief operating officer and US president in Kurt Mueffelmann, a new chief marketing officer in Irena Mroz and a new chief engineer in Leigh Rowland.
