Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc.(TSXV: NOU) (OTCQX: NMGRF) CEO Eric Desaulniers tells Proactive the group has been granted an environmental permit to begin construction at its graphite-focused Matawinie mining project, 150 km north of Montréal. Desaulniers says the permit culminates in five years of work. He adds early construction work will start soon, leading to full scale production in the second half of 2023.
