Codebase Ventures Inc (CSE:CODE) (FRA:C5B) (OTCQB:BKLLF) said that it has received confirmation that its US$2.5 million order of Bitcoin mining rigs has been processed and will commence shipping in the coming weeks to its North American mining facility.
The investment company, which focuses on sectors with significant upside, said it will operate its first tranche of 115 state-of-the-art Canaan A1246 mining machines, adding that it has “significant ability to expand and increase” the number of rigs it operates.

Codebase also said it has secured the first right of refusal on 5 megawatts (MW) of capacity at a green-powered hydroelectric hosting facility in Upstate New York, where it said it plans to build out its Bitcoin mining operation. The firm said the mining rigs “will be using some of the most cost-effective renewable energy in North America”.
