Cleans Seed Capital Group (CVE: CSX) CEO Graeme Lempriere joined Steve Darling from Proactive with news the company has added a key player to their board of directors. Lempriere says they are adding Steve Sommerfeld as a director. Sommerfeld was was the original Chief Financial Officer of AG Growth International.
Sommerfeld was part of the leadership team that led the company through organic growth and a series of 25 acquisitions that resulted in increased revenues from $2 million in 1997 to $1 billion in 2020.
