Virtual Investor Conferences, the proprietary virtual event series from OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX:OTCM), has released the agenda for its upcoming Regulation A+ lnvestor Conference on Thursday, February 11.
Since 2015, hundreds of companies have raised nearly $3 billion in capital using the Reg A+ securities exemption, the group said, opening doors to a new frontier of alternative investment opportunities for individual investors and family offices to invest in early stage growth companies.
The event, sponsored by fintech firm Issuance, is designed to connect investors, analysts and advisors with companies who have made use of Reg A+. The conference is scheduled to open at 9 am ET on February 11, with a panel conversation called “Democrative Public Offerings” kicking things off at 9:30 am.
