Plurilock Security Inc (OTCQB:PLCKF) (TSXV:PLUR) CEO Ian Paterson tells Proactive the cybersecurity company has received increased investor interest in a $3.5M private placement, expecting to close on February 15th.

Paterson says the funds will be used for both organic and inorganic growth, including hiring additional sales staff, while also considering acquisitions.
