Vonex Limited (ASX:VN8) chief executive officer Matt Fahey speaks to Proactive about its recent signing of a wholesale agreement with Orange Businesses Services.
Orange is a network-native digital services company and the global enterprise division of the Orange Group (EPA: ORA) with business-grade mobile broadband services throughout Australia.
Fahey said the company is particularly thrilled to see the pedigree of wholesale customers it is attracting to the group.
He said: “This acquisition will focus on enterprise applications and mobile broadband applications.”
The second acquisition that the company has completed in 11 months includes the Nextel acquisition, which will provide a boost to Vonex’s annualised recurring revenue.
It also enhances the company’s presence in Sydney and NSW markets.
