PharmaDrug (CSE: BUZZ- OTC: LMLLF) CEO Daniel Cohen joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has completed the acquisition of Sairiyo Therapeutics Inc. That company’s focus is repurposing and developing improved formulations of naturally derived compounds for serious, rare, and life-threatening diseases.
Cohen told Proactive they will be focussing on the development of Cepharanthine to treat rare cancer diseases. Sairiyo recently received FDA orphan drug designation for Cepharanthine in the treatment of esophageal cancer.
