In the fourth quarter, Recruiter.com launched three new initiatives: On Demand, a gig platform for recruiter services; Video, a video-hiring Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform allows recruiters to screen candidates; and No Resume Required, a video resume initiative designed to help millions of unemployed people.
What's more, the group revealed that it has acquired Scouted.io, a venture capital-backed tech startup focused on unlocking human potential by developing deep insights into candidates using video screening and AI-based scoring algorithms.
