Eco Atlantic Oil and Gas Ltd's (LON:ECO) Gil Holzman talks to Proactive London about their new company, Eco Atlantic Renewables, which will develop exclusive renewable solar energy projects.
It is a 'stand alone, self-sustained, independent company' that they are 'nurturing'.
Holzman explains their decision to form this new company and seize opportunities in this space of renewable energy company was partly driven by a lack of oil and gas acquisition opportunities.
The new company is a joint venture with Nepcoe Capital Partners, a UK based renewables investment firm, which is providing exclusive access to a pipeline of opportunities with potential for up to 2 gigawatts of solar generation capacity.
