Firefinch appoints Elizabeth Lee as joint company secretary

Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate governance and company secretarial functions.

Firefinch Ltd’s (ASX:FFX) (FRA:N9F) has appointed Elizabeth Lee as joint company secretary effective from January 28 2021.

Elizabeth will be jointly responsible for all company secretarial functions and corporate governance matters.

Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate governance and company secretarial functions.

Previous roles

Before joining Firefinch, Elizabeth held company secretarial positions for Phosphate Resources Limited, Macmahon Holdings Limited, Corporate Compliance Partners and Lend Lease Primelife Limited.

Elizabeth also performed contract company secretarial roles with Macquarie Bank Limited and Austock Group Limited.

She holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance and Business Law from Edith Cowan University, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from Governance Institute of Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance for ASX Listed Entities from Kaplan Financial Institute and is a Fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Morila Gold Project

In recent infill and extensional drilling at the N’Tiola Deposit within the Morila Gold Project, the company has intersected broad zones of economic mineralisation.

The drilling results are expected to result in an increase to the mineral resource at N’Tiola.

A new mineral resource is being prepared and will be used to refine the N’Tiola pit design and estimate ore reserves.
