GreenBox POS (OTCQB:GRBX) Chairman Ben Errez says the San Diego-California-based financial technology company intends to acquire ChargeSavvy LLC, payment processing company for $31.2 million. Errez says the acquisition would add $500 million in processing volume to its Gen-3 platform, along with exposure to the retail industry.
